Not sre if anyone else has this issue but thought I would ask. I have WinXP Pro and I'm running Office 2007. My issue is within OUtlook 2007. When I leave outlook open and a new message arrives in the inbox, I see the notifier next to the Inbox that shows the (1) next to it indicating a new message is there. Now when I look in the inbox I do not see the message. the only way to get the message to appear is to right click on the Inbox folder and choose mark all as read, as soon as I do that the message appears in the inbox.
Any ideas on this?

Repair Office 2007.
Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
Right click on Microsoft Office 2007
Click Repair
If that doesn't work, remove Outlook:
First, make a backup copy of your outlook.pst file.
Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
Right click on Microsoft Office 2007.
Click Add and Remove Features
Click on Outlook
click on Not Available
Reboot
Go through the same procedure but reinstall Outlook (Run from my Computer)
Import your saved PST file if necessary.
Get the Update for Outlook 2007 (KB933493)

THere is always a few seconds delay between notification and the actual message appears. click the send & receive button would force the message to show up quickly in your inbox.
