Greetings RAMCIT !
To access the new PST file location, in Outlook go to File > Data File Management to access the new location of PST file.
It not recommended to run PST file over a network. Outlook writes to PST often. If you lose network connection when a write is occurring, you can corrupt the PST file. Microsoft has said the same.

It would be better to leave the PST in local drive and backup the PST file to network drive periodically.
