Outlook 2007 not showing new email after an install of Business Contact Manager

I just added BCM (Business Contact Manager) to Outlook 2007. Suddenly I'm unable to see new emails in the inbox unless I restart OUtlook. THe inbox shows the bold, new email sign (i.e (3) ), but does not display the email in the browser unless I restart.

Suggestions?
