Hey EFernandez thanks for your reply.
When I right click on "Public Folders" and go to properties, I only have one tab, General.
Also, when expanded, I do not see the folder I created in the System Manager..

Browse All TopicsHi Folks,
I need some help with forms. A client of ours has sent me a form.oft file that he wants me to add to our library. I have no previous experience with forms, but here is what I have found so far. I have been able to add the Organizational Forms Library to Exchange by going to the System Manager's
Administrative Group > Folders > public folders > EFORMS REGISTRY
in here, I have created a new organizational form called "forms"
I am having problems getting to see this form from my own Outlook 2003 program. I have set myself as the "owner" in the permissions.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

You should create the folder using the Outlook client.
Furthermore, you should set the permissions for the folder (under properties). Note that you should set both the checkboxes and the radio buttons.
The folder created using this method will be visible to every user that you select and set the "folder visible" radio button.
Hope this help
I was able to create the folder. Now, I dragged the form.oft file into it. One other thing though, whenever I open the form, it looks just like a "New Mail Message", without any of the formatting that it should have. Is there anything I need to enable in order to view the fields created in the form?
Thanks again for your help.

Using your Outlook client, you can right-click your public folder,
select properties
select the Forms tab
click manage
click install
select your client's form
click close
This should do it.
