How to seperate text in one cell into different columns based on special char

HI,

I want to separate text in one cell to different cells in separate columns for reporting purpose.. example,

in cell A1, I have text  a,b,c. i want it to become cell A1=a, B1=b, C1=c.

Please help.  Thank you so much.
