We need to take all emails sent/received in a day from/to everyone in our company - 30 people, 500+ messages; and synch them to netsuite, an all-in-one erp/crm/accounting package.
their tool is very weak, cumbersome and slow.
if we can get a macro/add-in tool that would extract all outlook emails (just the bodyas text) to a CSV file of some sort that would have
FROM-email address, from sender name, date, time, subject, body, (optionally- attachments_names)
then we can run a bulk import into netsuite.
goal: allow everyone in company to see all communications with a vendor/prospect, client.
ps- we do not run exchange, but handle all email as pop3.
pps- we use outlook 2003 because current netsuite tool doesn't even work with outlook 2007.
