Also, is there a way to Reply-to-All messages without having to open 100s of separate "Reply" windows?
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsIs there any VBA / Macro code that can auto-reply to certain messages that match a keyword or phrase in the subject line? If so, is it also possible to auto-delete other messages that match another keyword or phrase?
For instance, auto-reply to all messages with "Help Request" in the subject line, but delete all other messages with "Re: Help Request" in the subject line? The messages don't necessarily have to be sent out, it is okay if they sit in the Outbox until I have time to send them.
I'm trying to automate some processes here at work, where I receive several hundred emails per day. Any and all assistance you can offer would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks!

You can do all that using Outlook's rule wizard when using with Exchange.
You can set a rule to delete or a rule to auto-reply depending on the subject or contents or email addresses.
You can also set rules to move messages to certain folders if you prefer.
