Entourage 2008: How do you book a resource?

I'm trying to figure out how to book a resource in Entourage 2008.  We have an Exchange 2003 server, and Outlook 2003 and 2007 clients.  All can book resources in Outlook just fine, and change the attendee status to Required, Optional, or Resource.
We need to be able to do the same in Entourage in order to book the resources.
