Can not get into Outlook. get the error " Unable to open your default e-mail folders. ..."

One user who has been regularly using his Outlook 2003 to connect to Exchange Server 2003, has not been able to do so since yesterday. He gets the following error:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange Server computer with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file"Start Free Trial
