convert 2003 pst to 2000 without using outlook

I have no access to Outlook 2003 where I am currently located and found that the trial version of 2007 restricts opening pst files.  I'm stuck with using outlook 2000 and have a rapid need to open a 200mb outlook 2003 pst file that I have on my USB drive.

I know that exporting to csv or creating a 2000 pst file in 2003 and moving the emails from the 2003 pst to 2000 pst would be the answer but without access to a later version on Outlook what are my options?  Is there some tool out there that I can use or am I completely stuffed? Start Free Trial
