Outlook Web Access Problem

Hi,

Having an odd problem with outlook web access on sbs 2k3, When one of our clients trys to log in remotley from home they can sign in fine, then once in they are presented with a folder view in text format instead of the usual GUI interface !

Your help would be much apprecieted !!
