I have searched high and low already on EE on this topic but so far have not found a solution for our problem.
Relevant info: Exchange 2007 mail server, IMF setting should be ok, no other mail filtering is enabled.
Client end, we have a few dozen users running 2007 as we prepare to roll it out company wide, but the majority are on 2003 still, seems to be that both clients are having the issue though.
Problem is that we're getting mail filtered into peoples junk mail even though we pushed a policy to explicitly turn it off unless there are blocked senders, the accounts we're using for testing are still receiving mail in the junk mail folder with no blocked senders.
What else can we do to just completely get rid of this junk mail filtering? We're noticing even regular emails get put into junk mail, one user specifically is having very important non-mass sent emails end up in his junk folder (and i've verified he has no blocked senders).
At this point we'd like to just receive all mail that isn't blocked by our spam filter and have it just flow into our inbox, we need to make sure all legitimate emails are getting through to the proper folder.
