help constructing a complex query

Hi all,
I am totally at a loss to create a query that pulls out the top 15 records for each ID from my Table.
My main Table includes all shoots from all members, some members have more than 15 shoots some less but I need only the 15 highest shoots for each member to be extracted to a new table to use to in calcuation for a competition, The query also needs to restrict records to only those matching a specific date range I have attached SQL which grabs that part.
Anyone prepared to help most appreciated as this is uncharted territory for meStart Free Trial
