Word document refers to non-existent file share

Hi.  We are using Word 2007.  We have a macro enabled form that was created by one of our departments.  This form was emailed to all users.  Sometime after it was created, we set up a new file server and transferred all our data to it and updated the file shares.  One of the file shares is used as a repository for workgroup templates. Now when users try to open this form we have two issues:

1. When the file is opened, we can see at the bottom of Word that it is trying to access the old Workgroup Templates file share.  Either we have to hit the escape key or it eventually times out.

2. We enable the macros using the Trust Bar, but they do not work (they have radio buttons, but we cannot click on them to change the value).

If we make the old Workgroup Templates file share available again, the issues go away and the form works as intended.

Is it possible that the old share location is hard coded in there?
