I was trying before to book meeting in access but; was having a lot of hassle with it so decided it would make much more sense to link access with outlook calender.
I have no knowledge of how to do anything like this. I would like to be on a customers record and click a button to then be able to select a date and time from the outlook calender and store in in the table in the db and in outlook. So when I go to next customer and do this I wont be able to choose that time and date as will already be taken so that wont come up as free
