Client selection based on who logs in to the system

I require a VBA code where in which the

1.      If Administrator logs in to the system then he should be able to view all the client names in the Client Name combo box else. Please refer to ClNm column in BMTable
2.      If current user login to the system then he should be able to view only the client name which he is working on in the combo box.

It would be better if the selection is based on Environ ("USERNAME"); i.e. based on who logs in to the system

Attached is the file which I am working on. Under client management tab on click of Edit a Record client name should be displayed in the combo39
