Business Contact Manager 2007 export & import with history links

I am trying to export my Business Contact Manager 2007 with history links to Outlook 2007 on a computer running Vista to a new computer running Windows 7with the same versions of BCM and Outlook.

The contacts are exporting/importing but no history is linked.  I moved both the .pst from Outlook and the .bcm data from BCM to the new computer using the wizard and I did check that I wanted history.

I've also tried to copy & paste on both sets of data and same problem.  No history is linked anymore.

Any help on why the history links are being lost would be appreciated.  Thanks.
