i never unmount database and move yourself.

I usually just move the database in the exchange console, and it should move itself (although it takes some times if the database is Big enough)

i understand that you can mannually unmount the database before move or the system will confirmed the need to unmount when you use the exchange console.  Both ways, same error. database and logs files sizes are about 10GB only.
is this your production server? (make backup if it is!)

i will, try to remove the whole exchange database and recreated again.

Since you still have your database file, you can mount the old one back to the new one. (after you stop your exchange services)
