Make FIXED VHD EXPANDABLE

How does one convert a VHD which has been created with TYPE=FIXED to TYPE=EXPANDABLE?
At the moment I am creating a blank expandable and cloning the disk contents, but it does not seem as efficient as I imagine a simple type conversion from fixed to expandable could be.

"VhdResize will resize Microsoft's VHD files and will also convert between Fixed and Dynamic file types. This is a sector by sector copy operation from one size/type to the other and the source file remains unaltered."

Comes down to the same as what I'm doing now, maybe just cuts down on the keyboard time. I'm happy with your answer... Technically speaking, VhdResize does do what I'm after, however I want to keep the question open for another day or so, in case there is a way to do the conversion without cloning (sector by sector copy operation).

Ok :) Unfortunately I don't know any other method instead of sector by sector copying. But if really this is the only choice, you can do this without vhdresize, because ini Hyper-V there is an "edit disk" menu where you can do dyn=>fix convert or vica versa.
