Sysprep for vmware converter

I'm using vmware converter on our exchange boxes to move them, and I'm having issues getting sysprep to work. Can someone please go over the process for me. thanks in advance.

Do you mean VMware convertor is asking for the sysprep files?

Usually you have to create an \sysprep folder in the Vmware program file directory somewhere. You can download the Sysprep files from MS and then jsut extract them to that folder, vmware gives you the full path in the message it pops out.
