hi guys strange question i am looking for place that hosts virtual desktops on the internet.at a reasonable price.i want the option for each desktop to have its own static ip

Assign the IP address where ever you want in your VM.

Connect through a Hardware or software router... Just NAT all the IPs... simplee.

And May you let me know the Virtual Machine Software you are about to use..

or install a dhcp server in the physcial machine and do the above same config

NAT the PUBLIC IPs to Private IP in HW/SW router...
