vmware view security server configuration

Hello All

I have a VMware View 3.0 infrastructure.  I tired implementing a View Security Server so as employees could access their VMs remotely.  They are able to authenticate against AD and are shown the correct pools.  When they click connect it does disconnect their internal session.  however the session is never successfully redirected to their remote device, it just errors out.  I didnt see anything that stuck out in the logs.

Did i miss something in the configuration? Firewall has HTTP and HTTPS ports opened to the Security server and it is open on the back end.  We added the external FQDN to the View Security Server.  Its listed under security servers in the View Configuration Tab.

Any ideas?  Let me know if you need more information.
