System Center VMM , Guest operating system reset

Hi There ,
I am using Server2008 -64bit server with SCVMM and Hyper V manager installed ...
recently i am getting the situation where my guest machine is been reset and goes to the restart by itself while using it through the self servie portal .

Not sure why and how running machine ( throught portal ) gets reset to restart by itself ..
 did anybody had this situation before ... I thought its a connection issue but not sure if it is a connection issue it will close the connection but it will not reset themachine to restart .
