Move virtual machine fails with "Error 2927"

While attempting to move a Virtual Machine from Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 (1) to Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 (2) using System Center Virtual Machine Manager R2 I receive a failure error 2927 "A hardware Management error has occurred trying to contact server..." With Recommended Actions "Check that WinRM is installed and running on server..." I have confirmed that the WinRM service is installed and running on the Hyper-V server. Any ideas?
