How to migrate vhd from Virtual PC 2007 to Virtual Server 2005

All,

I'm having difficultly find any instructions on how to migrate a .vhd from Virtual PC 2007 to Virtual Server 2005.  
To begin with is this possible?

I copied the .vhd and .vmc over to the Virtual Server but got no boot disk or something along those lines.
I then delted teh .vmc and tried creating one within Virtual Server that refers to the .vhd but I still get the same error.
