I have an XP Pro SP2 (Guest) virutal machine that is set to sync time with the domain controller.  My HOST OS is Vista Business SP1.  The XP VM is 1 hour behind evne though it is syncing with the DC.  If I manuall change it, it goes back to 1 hour behind within 10 seconds.Start Free Trial
