The problem most likely is caused by your server having static IP address - the best way to do it would be to enable second network card in Virtual Machine options and use 'Obtain IP address automatically' in its IP settings in the server - that should give you internet access on the virtual server. If you wanted to share the connection with more virtual machines you can use ICS or NAT on the server but that is another story.

More details:
Go to Virtual PC console, click on VPC you want to change, then settings-->Networking-->number of network adapters: 2 --> Change adapter 2 from the drop-down list to the network card you using to access the internet from your computer. The network card number 1 can be changed to 'local only' to avoid problems with duplicate IPs on your network. The new network card will be detected and installed when windows starts, the internet should work if you have picked correct Adapter from drop-down list.

My first problem is solved.
NAT and VPC uses 192.168.131 net
and gateway to 192.168.131.254 so now i have a static ip in the 131 net.

New problem i can't join my other VPC server also using NAT to the domain server and i can't even ping my domain server that now have ip 192.168.131.67 and gateway 192.168.131.67
Do anyone know what the pronlem can be?

I think the best way to do it is - as above - use two network cards on VPC DC.
One should have dhcp address belonging to your non-virtual network and the other - internal address range, if you were to use ICS that would have to be 192.168.0.1, with RAS NAT you can use any address. The Adapter type for internal network should be Local only.
The remaining virtual machines could have only one network card (Local only) and get DHCP addresses from first VPC server. Obviously you can use the same range as your real network but it could cause many problems and I would not do it.
In that configuration all the VPCs would be connecting to the internet using the first VPC server as the gateway and they will not be seen from the non-virtual network - apart from the server with two network cards.
Also in the future you may try www.virtualbox.org - the free virtualization software that is bit faster and has more options than MS.

Thanks for your suggestion.
I should be able to solve this problem with a loopback adapter.
I installed the loopback adapter my two VPC have the loopback adapter in setting but it still doesnt work.
My VPC cant even get out on Internet.

why don't you just use my suggestion??

I did it your way wawrzek and it works.

On my DC i have 2 adapters one local only and one for my network adapter so i can use internet.
On my other server i use local only.
How do i set up dhcp on my DC so i can setup my other server with dynamic ip so that server gets out on internet through my DC.

you have to set up either ICS or NAT and DHCP on the DC - ask another question if you need more info
