How to create a lab of my production environment starting with windows 2003 domain controller

What is the best way to create a Lab of my current Windows Domain/Environment?  We are running 4 windows sever 2003 domain controllers, however, I only want to get one into a virtual server.  My plan is to use Virtual Server 2005 R2.  I have access to Backup Exec 12 and Windows backup.  Is there a document procedure for this?
