I have a client on windows 2003 terminal server. There are 10 users. All use terminal services. Each user has access to a shared network printer. At present, 9 can print fine, the other can not print (sort of). When the user with the printing problem logs onto the terminal server and tries to print, they can't. If I log onto the terminal server from outside their network as the same user, I can print fine. So logging on as the user from outside of their network allows printing, logging on from inside their network doesn't. From inside the network we get a standard print error. There are no extra messages in the event viewer.
I have no idea what's going on here or why local network for the one client won't allow printing while coming into the system from outside does.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Bill
