HI and thanks,
This appears to be affecting only one or two reports and not all of them. So I am not sure whats going on. I will investigate further and get back to you.

Web based reporting system was working ok up until today. Got the error ending 'error127' Tried to connect to the dbase via the dsn with the existing credentials that were already there - username 'webhost' and there was no password specified. - getting 'Access Denied' when trying to connect. I downloaded a third party sql gui tool but still, I can't get in.'access denied again'
I wanted to see if I could repair a table or tables but although I am familiar with SQL 2000 I have never used MySQL
Any advice would be welcome
,
thanks

Do you have access to the MYSQL console? If so, you can log in as root and reset the password for your webhost user (its typically a bad idea to have a blank password for any user).
