Need assistance with solution to deploy an MS Access Hotfix which requires ADMIN to run

I need to deploy a HOTFIX to MS Access 2003 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945674/en-us
) across about 300 PC's.

This is an .MSP file and the previous regime didn't do an administratrative Office Install, they did it direct to each computer.

Our network pc's are locked down and do not have Admin rights to the local PC's.  This hotfix requires them to have admin rights to the local computer to run.

I am asking if anyone knows what some of my options may be?

I do not have a Microsoft management server of any sorts.  I do have WSUS and, of course, Activie Directory and Group Policies.Start Free Trial
