FCK editor in ASP.NET string prase problems

Tags: C#
Hello Dear Experts:

I am using FCK editor for ASP.NET in my content management system.
I use this to insert the content in FCK editor into database:
    protected void ButtonSubmit_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        CMSTableAdapter CMSDB = new CMSTableAdapter();
        String inString = FCKeditor1.Value;
        CMSDB.UpdateQuery(inString, DropDownList1.SelectedValue);

    }
And then I use this to show the information from database:
protected void DropDownList1_SelectedIndexChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        CMSTableAdapter CMSDB = new CMSTableAdapter();
        GridView GV1 = new GridView();
        GV1.DataSource = CMSDB.GetContentByFile(DropDownList1.SelectedValue);
        GV1.DataBind();
        FCKeditor1.Value = HttpUtility.HtmlEncode(GV1.Rows[0].Cells[1].Text);
    }

The problem is, when I insert anything in the FCK editor into the database, it looks find inside the database;
but when I use " FCKeditor1.Value = HttpUtility.HtmlEncode(GV1.Rows[0].Cells[1].Text);" to show the content, every thing is messed. for example:
I store:
"
testing

newlines
"
into the database, and I got:
"<p>testing</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>newlines</p>"

How to fix this? this is so confusing...
