.NET framework 3.5 setup not configure IIS 6.0

Hello Experts,

I have installed .net framework 3.5 on windows xp sp2
But after install i have found that iis is not installed on my machine, so i have installed iis on my machine.
After installation of iis i have run command for registering service
"WFServicesReg.exe /c"
But it is not configuring iis .

Then i have reinstall .net framework but i cant succeeded
then i have removed .net framework 3.5 and install .net framework 3.5 again then also i got failed to configure.

Please help me to configure iis 6 with .net framework 3.5.
