Send mail to many with content linked to DB

Hi,

I have to send mail to many ppl in such a way that the content of the mail changes according to the receiver.

For example, I have this table in my database:
Name, Mail, Balance Account
John, john@gmail.com, 10000
Dan, dan@hotmail.com, 50000

I need to send <ONE TIME> mail to both guys and those guys should receive the mail containing their OWN BALANCE ACCOUNT..

Is this possible? and how can i do that if yes.
