delete function

Yes I am trying to delete a file, i can delete the image from the database but i cannot delete the file, in the folder i recieve an error saying

Access to the path 'C:\Documents and Settings\seven\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects\kent\kent\Gallery\' is denied.

To grant ASP.NET access to a file, right-click the file in Explorer, choose "Properties" and select the Security tab. Click "Add" to add the appropriate user or group. Highlight the ASP.NET account, and check the boxes for the desired access.
