Reset password for a user in ActiveDirectory using asp.net

Hi all,

i am trying to reset password for a user using the vb.net ,asp.net.
Here is my code.
It is seraching the user,but when trying to set password using Directory entry ,i am getting an error

      "Unknown name. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020006 (DISP_E_UNKNOWNNAME))"      

I tried searching in google,but no luck in solving this.
