Can I run VC++6 project(dsw & dsp files) in VS2005 or VS2008????

Hi,

I have this c/c++ windows application built in VC++6.
I don't have VS6 but I have VS2005 and VS2008.
What do I need to run that VC++6 project in one of vs2005 or vs2008?

When I open the project in vs2005, VS2005 prompted me that it needs to convert the file.
After that, when I try to compile and run, it errored out.
Do I need to install VS6 to run this project? or is there way to upgrade this vc++6 project??
