How Do I include a class object into an executable and use it inside of my program

Essentially I want to utilize this Class Object that I created in my main program. I have added the existing item and and pointed to my class object. I can see the object in the Soloution Explorer and I can add a library to my headers. i.e. using OLStat;

However I can not see my function for OnlineStatus. I am learning right now how to create reusable components so that I can shorten my program and make it easier for others to understand. Any Help on this subject would be helpful.

I am looking for some simple step by step instructions and or if my class object needs to be reworked. This is just a basic example that I will use to model my other components off of.
