php can handle any files that comes from a form, from an 'input type="file".

you can use the lib curl functions.

You can HTTP_POST the datas with form name  from c# and  in php side you can get by $_POST['form_name'].

Hi,
I don't want to install any third party becuase i know that it can be with a native method.   .net framework has a uploadfile method but there isn't a timeout property.so i have to develop another method.
For example

But this example doesn't work for php. If you can work it so i accept it for my solution.
