Microsoft Content Manager Server 2002 requires unknown pre-requisite for installation.

I have been trying to install Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 on OS 2003 with Visual Studio .NET 2003 loaded.  The problem I am having is that it will not install because a pre-requisite, J#.Net redistributable 3.0 is not loaded.  I can only find up to version 2 on the internet, no version 3.  Any idea where I can version 3.0 so I can load this software?Start Free Trial
