BSOD with either Visual Studio .Net 2005 or Sql Server 2005

Since some months ago I've been having BSDO while running Visual Studio .Net 2005
Sometimes I get the error just while it is loading a project, some other times, while it is compiling.

It always crashed with SYMEVENT.SYS, which is part of Symantec Antivirus, so I uninstalled it.

After I uninstalled Symantec Antivirus, I still having the BSDO while running Visual Studio or while loading Sql Server 2005 Management Studio, but now with a file vsdatant.sys. I learned that that file was part of Zone Alarm, so after some crashes, I uninstalled it.

Now, with no Antivirus and No Firewall, I got the BSDO again, but now with the file ntkrpamp.exe, which is part of windows, so I can't uninstall it.


I checked the memory of this computer using memtest and also, using the Dell diagnostics tools, and it passed. Anyway, I got a new pair of 1Gb modules and change them, and I still got the errors.
I also changed the hard disk and reinstalled everything, and still got the errors.
My computer is a Dell Dimension 9200.

What do I do?
