Error trying to use the URL Access to a report

I am trying to use URL Access.

http://localhost/ReportServer?/

Connect to Servername dialog appears.

User name is properly entered as the SERVER\Username I use to connect to the SQL server.

The password is blank

You are not authorized to view this page.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

I have created several reports (rdl's)  using Visual Studio.

No I need to use URL Access to run one of the reports.

What am I missing?
