VB.net 2005 unicode problem with windows vista

Hello
am developing a windows form application by using vb.net , the machine i developed the project on it has windows XP professional , VS 2005 Profeesional ,the user interface is use unicode character for labeling the control ( labels ..... etc)
the problem is when i copied the project to another machine with windows vista Bussiness , VS 2005 Profeesional all labels control that has unicode caption turned to symbols , by hte way i can change the label to the arabic "unicode" character by retype the caption again the properties windows for label control , but this is very difficult because the projects has many forms
so what shoul i do to solve this issue
