Cisco VPN setup (PPTP)

Dear All,
Am trying to setup a PPTP VPN service in a 2600 series cisco router with a freeradius as a radius server.i end up with errors when i try to connect. Please help its crucial and urgent to solve
attach snapshot of the router debug and the router configuration.
