Deploying VSTO 2008 Project

I am testing deployment of a managed Excel VSTO 2008 project. I used the publish wizard to publish it to a folder on my computer. I know that I have to then prepare the other computer that I want to install it on. What is the easiest way to complete the deployment process. I have never done it before.
