visual studio 2008 project is requiring 3.5 library enven though it doesn't use it

I created a winform app that was ssetup to use the 2.0 library when I created it.  I added a setup project to install it, but when I do, it is tellng me I have to install the 3.5 library.  I don't use anything from 3.5.  How do I ensure that I won't need 3.5?Start Free Trial
