SQL DTS error, how to troubleshooting with information given in sysdtspackagelog

Hi,
Below is an error from my dts package that I extract out from sysdtspacakgelog table.

Step 'FTCV_connect1' failed

Step Error Source: Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS) Package
Step Error Description:CreateProcessTask 'FTCV_connect1':  Process returned code 1, which does not match the specified SuccessReturnCode of 0.
