I was thinking and create a dll from the class and from there use the dts to generate the XML file. Can I do that? If I can, can you show me how to create the dll and use it on the dts?

Build some application (executable) that will use your class to generate XML and that will take the proper parameters (of your needs). Then you can put Execute Process Task (I'm not sure if this is the name of the task in SQL Server 2000) which will execute the application with some values of the parameters.
