migrating sql server 2005 standard to sql server 2005 enterprise

Hi All,

We are doing migration sql server 2005 standard edition to new sql server 2005 enterprise edition server.
We want to migrate users, databases,sp and ssis.
what is the best procedure to follow?
After migration we will rename the new server to old name, will it impact sql server installed in the new server?
