File - Save As...
Change "Save as type" to "Microsoft Excel Workbook (*.xls)"
Save.

You could also save it as a "CSV (Comma Delimited) (*.csv)" file if that makes it easier.

Do you have Microsoft Excel?

Microsoft doesn't provide any such object model. It's not open office.
